Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' unique needs and create customized therapy programs aimed at fulfilling their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based approaches to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily routines
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Work hand in hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of health
• Guide Patients and Families : Equip patients and their families with knowledge about therapy techniques to encourage progress outside of clinical settings
• Track and Adjust Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient improvement
