Job Description

• Advise and supervise / coordinate with field staff to collect groundwater samples and analyze subsurface conditions.
• Coordinate installation of monitoring wells, and the performance of aquifer tests to determine hydraulic properties.
• Prepare annual groundwater monitoring reports for regulatory agency compliance providing statistical analysis of regulated substances.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Advise on groundwater management strategies, remediation of contaminated sites, and sustainable water usage.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, environmental scientists, and land planners on multidisciplinary projects ranging from groundwater water resources to solid waste management
• Generate technical work plans and proposals for field assessments, site characterizations, monitoring and data collection of contaminated soils, surface water, sediment and groundwater
• Support junior staff to interpret water quality data, conduct statistical analysis of geologic and groundwater chemistry, complete analytical modeling / feasibility studies and develop technical reports
• Project management including internal team coordination and direct coordination with clients
