Location : Kids ‘R’ Kids China Springs

Projected start date : August 2024

Compensation : 35K-50k annually based on experience and incentives

Brief job description :

The Director of Kids ‘R’ Kids of China Springs has the overall responsibility for operation of the Learning Academy along with the Owner(s). Main responsibilities are to create an inclusive environment for all students and families and ensuring that our Learning Academy is operated in accordance with company policies and state licensing standards. Our Assistant Director will also achieve profitability for the company through daily tasks related to new enrollment, retaining existing families, and adherence to defined budgets and promote the positive image and supports the Mission Statement of Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academies in the community.

Mandatory qualifications :

High School Diploma

Directors Credential

3+ years of experience in a school setting

3+ years of supervisor / Leadership experience

Education background

Preferred qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Education or equivalent
