The Behavioral Health Technician plays a critical role in supporting individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges by providing compassionate, hands-on care and assistance. This position involves working closely with clinical teams to implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and respond effectively to crises. The technician ensures that all clinical documentation is accurate and up to date, facilitating seamless communication among healthcare providers. By conducting clinical assessments and assisting in discharge planning, the technician helps promote recovery and long-term wellness for patients. Ultimately, this role contributes to creating a safe, therapeutic environment that supports addiction recovery and mental health stabilization.
