About the Position : This role requires in-person work based in Kansas City, Missouri, and reports to the Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities :

Assisting with live stenographic Prevail depositions / sessions, which include :

• Recording on Prevail platform
• Deposition Read on / Swearing in Witness
• Marking and maintaining Exhibits
• Monitoring and managing the session
• Assisting any sessions with technical / administrative needs
