US Regional Director of Medical Affairs GYN Malignancies

Job Description

The US Director of Medical Affairs (DMA) for Gynecologic Malignancies (Ovarian, Endometrial and Cervical Cancer) holds primary responsibility for the development and execution of regional oncology Medical Affairs strategies and plans for Gynecological Malignancies in the US across indications. The US DMA for Gynecological Malignancies provides scientific and medical expertise to the US Medical and US Marketing organizations.

Primary Activities

• Develops and executes US Medical Affairs strategy for Gynecologic malignancies
• Drives creation and facilitation of training materials for the Oncology Medical Affairs team through the appropriate review systems and serves as the medical approver of these materials
• Designs, updates and gives training both internally and externally in collaboration with the global scientific training and content teams
• Coordinates, presents at and leads Advisory Boards and other meetings with US Scientific Leaders
• Engages in scientific exchange with Scientific Leaders to obtain input on disease landscape, current data, and evidence gaps
• Helps with planning of various aligned activities around major oncology congresses
• Supports commercial group for Launch Preparation and Post‑launch activities
• Serves as a member on the Value Evidence sub‑team for Gynecologic Cancer internal stakeholders’ expectations with timely updates
• Interacts with internal stakeholders for needs assessment and planning
• Leads strategy and interactions with Patient Advocacy Groups
• Tracks guidelines and regulatory landscape in the US region
• Review of Investigator Initiated Studies
• Collaborates and leads interaction with external collaboration partners with whom we co‑develop oncology products

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office‑based positions in the U.S. will be working a hybrid schedule consisting of three total days on‑site per week, Monday through Thursday, with Friday designated as a remote‑working day, unless business‑critical tasks require an on‑site presence. This hybrid work model does not apply to field‑based, facility‑based, manufacturing‑based, or research‑based positions that must be performed on‑site. Positions designated as “remote” are exempt from these guidelines.

Salary Range

$206,200.00 – $324,600.00
