Located in Milwaukee's Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.

Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.

When you'll work...

We are currently hiring an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Accounting and Finance team at our facility in Milwaukee.

What you'll do...

Play a key role in the month-end close processes including but not limited to completing journal entries, preparing account analysis and reconciliations, assisting with the preparation of the Monthly Reporting Package for senior management, and analyzing results and providing an explanation of variances to management.

Administer fixed asset process including but not limited to completing monthly journal entries and reconciliations, preparing weekly capital spend reports, managing fixed asset capitalization and disposal process, and assisting with budgeting capital expenditure spend and depreciation.

Administer leasing process including but not limited to completing monthly journal entries and reconciliations, maintaining lease portfolio, and assisting with buy vs. leases decision-making.

Manage sales and use tax process, administer employee T&E reporting and related credit cards, and track and monitor Corporate Outreach initiatives.

Why you'll be successful...

Proven ability to understand manufacturing process / procedure and financial needs.

Utilizing knowledge from your 3-5 years' experience to provide key financial and business support to Accounting Management, including the month-end close / reporting process, internal control systems, and forecasting / budgeting process.

Career focused individual willing to take on new challenges to develop and grow their skill set to position them for future advancement opportunities.

Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo's team succeeds.
