Call Center Patient Support Specialist - Healthcare

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding patient support, copay assistance, and access-to-care needs.
• Provide exceptional service to patients, physicians, and pharmacies with a focus on empathy and creating a positive consumer experience.
• Process claims depending on daily volume.
• Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with internal teams such as Program Management and IT.
• Support patients throughout the entire program journey - eligibility, reimbursement questions, and general assistance.
• Deliver high-touch “white glove” concierge-level service.
• Other duties as assigned.
