A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel - Product Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide large-scale Product Compliance support and general Product Counsel

Advise software product leaders on AI use, data privacy, and product compliance laws

Manage trade and export compliance, open-source compliance, and corporate IP management

Required Qualifications

Admitted and in good standing with applicable state bar

8 years of experience, preferably in-house at a software or technology company

Solid understanding of SaaS solutions, data privacy, AI, and data security

Proven ability to manage contracts and implement legal policies

Collaborative nature with experience working in a remote team environment
