ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

What We Do

Our Finance and Accounting teams build the financial infrastructure to scale our growing company. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our global brand. We work closely with teams across the company, international subsidiaries, as well as with external partners to ensure a world-class finance organization. Our team contains experts from fields like tax, treasury, purchasing, FP&A, and more.

What You'll Do

Provide assistance with the credit and collections process at Epic.

In this role, you will

• Independently prepare, maintain, and audit data, bills, and invoices
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of billing / invoices
• Coordinate the submission of electronic invoices through invoicing platforms and / or emails
• Review new and updated billing instructions from clients and ensure adherence to the guidelines
• Issue customer statements and credit memos and andle billing inquiries, research and resolve billing errors as required
• Help identify and implement processes, procedures, and billing automation enhancements to increase effectiveness and efficiency of operation
• Interact with internal and external customers to deliver a high standard of customer service and track Accounts Receivable and coordinate collection efforts with Accounts Receivable Manager and Business Development
