Client Service Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop Client Service team members, including hiring, training, and mentoring

Optimize productivity and ensure exceptional client experiences within the team

Contribute to local strategy decisions and support process improvements across the firm

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance

Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry

Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience

Notary designation is a plus

Experience interacting with individuals at all income levels in a professional manner
