Senior Director, Information Technology
Aditum Bio is seeking a Senior Director & Head of Information Technology to own the oversight, strategy and implementation of Aditum Bio's corporate information technology and systems. The Head of IT will enable highly efficient and secure business operations, working closely with leadership, portfolio companies, our development teams and service providers.
Aditum Bio is a firm that focuses on the translational phase of medicine to generate data that can support full clinical development, and eventual market launch, to reach patients in need.
Position Responsibilities :
- Ensure that information technology infrastructure is available, secure and compliant, enabling seamless business continuity and efficiency for the company and its associates.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of critical systems such as Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, hardware systems and all clinical SaaS programs.
- Design, develop and deploy the company's IT strategy in partnership with key internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Manage IT licenses portfolio
- Develop functional plans for managing information technology and security for the company, including activities to be performed in-house or through third-party relationships to best manage the company's information systems. Evaluate opportunities for strategic outsourcing versus building internal capabilities and determine key inflection points.
- Provide first line support for critical systems and / or users
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal) to ensure compliant IT policies that support regulations such as CFR Part 11 and GDPR.
- Manage Aditum Bio's IT budget
Qualifications :
BS Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology or related field of studyAt least 10 years of progressive experience in IT management, preferably within a fast-paced biotech environmentExperience managing functions such as information systems, computer operations, network systems, data warehousing, telecommunications, enterprise wide systems, applications programming and internal systems programming.Experience overseeing the acquisition and maintenance of enterprise IT equipment.Knowledge of life sciences industry and the drug development processDemonstrated experience in contingency planning, disaster preparedness, and development of policies supporting regulatory requirementsA "no job is too small" attitude, with a willingness to serve as a helpdesk contact for employees and develop a strategic, long-term vision for the company's IT systemsAbility to provide practical, business-oriented solutionsAbility to analyze and communicate complex IT issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated alignment with Aditum Bio's values : Collaborative, Curious, Courageous and Patient-CentricThe range for this full-time position is $315,000 - 365,000 dependent on experience, plus a target bonus, equity compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
