  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in user experience design or a related field

  • Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Previous work in a collaborative, agile team environment
  • Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
