• 12 hour in house shifts AM and PM
• About 10+ shifts per month
• Hospital does 3100 deliveries per year
• Busy facility with 2 OBs on at once
• Coverage includes L+D, triage, gyn ER and private practices
• Required procedures : OB, C-section, OB ER coverage
