Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to define hiring standards and design structured evaluation processes
Build proactive talent pipelines for technical and go-to-market roles
Continuously improve the hiring engine to attract and close exceptional talent
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or venture-backed environment
Experience building or improving recruiting systems beyond just executing searches
Proven track record of hiring high-performing technical and GTM talent
Strong outbound sourcing ability and experience engaging passive candidates
Familiarity with structured interviewing and evidence-based evaluation methods
