About the Role : Work on systems design engineering for institutional, industrial, and commercial facilities. You’ll collaborate with other disciplines, own portions of design, and support projects from concept through construction. What You’ll Do : Design and document mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, utilities, etc.) Develop drawings, calculations, and specifications using AutoCAD / Revit Coordinate with cross-discipline teams to integrate system designs Conduct field visits, review submittals, and support construction phases Ensure designs meet building codes, standards, and client expectations Participate in QA / QC and continuous improvement efforts What You’ll Bring : BS in Mechanical Engineering (ABET accredited) Jr. Level : 0–5 years’ experience, EIT or eligible Sr. Level : 5+ years’ experience, PE license required Consulting experience in institutional, industrial, or commercial projects Working knowledge of building systems and codes U.S. Citizen with active or eligible security clearance Team player with initiative and attention to detail Revit / AutoCAD skills a plus Why You’ll Love It : Real career progression—move from Jr. to Sr. through hands-on design and mentorship Competitive salary ($80K–$125K+ depending on experience) + bonus On-site, collaborative work environment with growth opportunity Employment Type : Full Time Salary : $90,000 - $125,000 Annual Bonus / Commission : Yes
