Soloh Partners is seeking a travel nurse RN Acute Care Case Management for a travel nursing job in Morristown, New Jersey.

Pay Rate : $ 57 / hr

Schedule :  8 am - 4pm

Duties :

  • Coordinates patients through the acute care hospitalization
  • Manages all aspects of discharge planning / transition process
  • Performs utilization management and quality screenings In- Patient Case Management is required
  • Skills :

    2 years of acute care experience strongly preferred

    Case Management, Managed Care. In Patient Case Management is required

    Education : BSN required

    RN license required

    CCMC preferred
