We are partnering with a reputable organization in Tampa seeking a FRONT DESK COORDINATOR who is mature in their proffesional career. salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and manage front desk operations in a professional, welcoming manner
• Answer and route incoming calls and emails
• Provide general administrative support to the office team
• Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization
• Schedule meetings and support internal coordination
• Maintain a clean, organized front office and common areas
• Support additional projects as assigned

• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
