Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to play a crucial role in facilitating patient care and assisting healthcare providers. The primary responsibilities include patient registration, support during examinations, conducting lab tests, and maintaining examination rooms.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, measuring vital signs, and collecting health history.

Provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes, and other procedures.

Certified Medical Assistants may assist with immunizations or injections.

Assist patients with prescription requests and address pharmacy callbacks.

Conduct onsite lab testing such as EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, and urine pregnancy tests.

Maintain clean, warm, and inviting examination rooms for patient visits.

Provide excellent customer service reflecting Duly Health and Care CARE values.

Some travel to assist other local clinics may be required.

Skills

Technical proficiency in conducting lab tests and supporting medical procedures.

Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
