The Detail Porter Lead is responsible for overseeing the cleaning, detailing, and preparation of RVs to ensure they meet company standards for presentation, delivery, and customer satisfaction. This role leads the detail and porter team, assigns daily tasks, maintains workflow efficiency, and ensures all units—new, used, or serviced—are cleaned, staged, and ready on time. The Detail Porter Lead also manages supplies, equipment, and quality control to maintain a professional and organized environment. Pay potential : $18-22 per hour

Key Objectives :

• Ensure all RVs are cleaned, detailed, and presented at the highest standard after customer delivery or display
• Assign and oversee porter and detail tasks to maintain efficient, timely operations
• Support, train, and guide the porter / detail team to maintain consistent performance and safety
