A company is looking for a Senior Director, Payor and Manufacturer Access Strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement access strategies to improve medication availability for clients

Establish relationships with payors and manufacturers to enhance patient access

Advocate for policies that improve access to medications and navigate healthcare regulations

Qualifications and Experience Required :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field

7-10 years of experience in specialty pharmacy or access-focused roles, with 5 years in leadership

Proven ability to develop high-impact access strategies

Strong strategic leadership skills and ability to influence at the executive level

Expertise in navigating payor landscapes and regulatory requirements
