Overview
This role is responsible for supporting EHS governance, working in partnership with adjacent GBS capability and systems teams to support local teams to manage the operationalisation and maintenance of the EHS program. The role will interact with local site teams to deliver on the day to day needs of the business whilst also supporting longer term initiatives and capability build. Experience of Regulatory governance (EHS) and technical interpretation will be important to success in this role.

EHS Policies
- Partner and support Design of initiatives and identify tools to support EHS priorities
Prepare documentation and communicate at site levelEHS Assurance
Support FM Global audits and facilitate follow-up (tracking, close out)Support Administration of Waste water & waste management (aligning invoice accounts quarterely with monthly actuals)EHS Risk Management
Develop and share best practices for risk controls across the sectorDevelop incidents analyses report to review and define follow up actions with the Sector EHS LTDevelop risk control action plans on MyEHS and deploy for intended sitesDevelop Risk control procedures for adhoc / unexpected situations and risks eg COVIDFacilitate execution of control measures, programs, initiatives, technical bulletinsFollow up on monthly bases regarding all Recordable Events and HiPo action plans status via myEHSOrganize 3rd party risk assessments and control measures development activities, where necessaryReview and align on global trends and external sources of information to identify sector specific risksShare learned lessons with other sites across the sectorShare PepsiCo standards and requirements with contractorsValidate 3rd party RA and proposed control measures to confirm compliance with Pep standardsEHS Promotion
Support preparation and admin for CAPEX prep / executionSupport the Development / preparation and execution of BU / Site level campaigns liasing with capability and systems teams in GBSMy EHS

Proficiency in English (written and spoken)Science / management Degree (Bachelors)Demonstrated experience in Technical interpretation and writing, within an FMCG environment focusing on Regulatory (EHS) arenaDemonstrated ability to interact with business (risk) management systems or similar database systems beneficial – Enablon from Wolters Kluwer being the pep Company standard.Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Similar editing software toolsWorking experience in a EHS support environment with a clear understanding of terminology, materials used.Suitable EHS training / accreditation or proof of operational EHS experience with willingness to progress learningStrong communication, interpersonal skillsCollaboratively and proactively works with multi-functional teamsFlexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
