ABOUT THE COMPANY

WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?

  • You will own the territory covering Memphis and Western Tennessee : prospecting, developing, and expanding relationships with both existing and new accounts (dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists).
  • Grow market share to a chieve and exceed the targeted revenue  by presenting, promoting and selling the company's full portfolio of implant and biomaterial products.
  • Operate as a sales "hunter" by aggressively mining new opportunities, securing leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into active accounts.
  • Support a "service" mindset and act as a trusted advisor to your customers, addressing challenges, facilitating case logistics and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Represent the company at local and regional trade shows, continuing education events, and in-office clinical presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (clinical training, marketing, distribution) to optimize product utilization and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFER?

Education & Training

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Work Experience & Accomplishments

  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience in a competitive market.
  • Demonstrated success in territory management, new business development and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong track record of building and growing customer relationships, especially within clinical / professional settings.
  • Experience working independently, managing your own schedule and territory plan.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills : comfortable with CRM systems, forecasting, territory analysis and reporting.
  • Technical aptitude : ability to learn product details, clinical procedures and translate them into customer benefits.
  • A valid driver's license, a personal vehicle and a willingness to travel within the territory and region are required.

    Requirements
