Senior Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor who has direct mortgage broker experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full pipeline of purchase and refinance loans from submission through closing

Process various loan types including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo files

Communicate proactively with Loan Originators, Underwriters, Realtors, Borrowers, and Title / Escrow

Required Qualifications

3+ years of mortgage processing experience

Minimum 2+ years working at a mortgage broker

Experience submitting loans to wholesale lenders

Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo loans

Fluent bilingual (English / Spanish)
