[job_card.job_description]2 5 years of FMLA / LOA administration experience Knowledge of LOA policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Knowledge of state workers' compensation regulations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience with PeopleSoft Associate degree or two years of college CEBS designation Administer LOA programs including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, Workers' Compensation, STD, and LTD in compliance with company policies and regulations Serve as subject-matter expert for LOA, FMLA, STD, and LTD, providing guidance and resolving issues Ensure accurate application of federal and state leave laws and company policies Support organizational mission, values, performance improvement, and patient safety initiatives Interact professionally with employees and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and compliance Maintain punctuality, follow organizational policies, and contribute positively to team culture 2 5 years of hands-on LOA / FMLA administration experience Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing leave plans Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PeopleSoft knowledge preferred Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Job Title : LOA / WC Specialist
Location : Fountain Valley, CA
Duration : 5+ Months
Job Type : Contract
