Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and continuous improvement of protocols for the verification system

Ensure scientific rigor by grounding requirements in credible science and ecological evidence

Maintain an authoritative system of record for definitions, metrics, and program rules

Required Qualifications

Deep passion for regenerative agriculture and support for farmers and ranchers

Experience in soil science, agronomy, ecology, environmental science, or related fields

5+ years in standards development, scientific program design, or technical leadership roles

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in technical environments
