Job Summary

The Online B.A. in Business Administration (Online Business) program team is looking for a mature responsible and proactive Student Assistant who can contribute positively to delivering thorough and empathetic support to Online Business students. The position is supervised by the Assistant Director Online Undergraduate Programs and Initiatives College of Business and Economics.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director the Student Assistant will :

• help with responding to prospective student inquiries using templates and guidelines conducting outreach to applicants missing admission documentation organizing the Online Business program email inbox and maintaining various tracking spreadsheets;
• help to organize maintain and archive a variety of electronic program files;
• assist in the maintenance of online training modules for students and staff;
• assist in the coordination and delivery of Online Business events and activities including but not limited to annual graduation reception;
• use a variety of tech tools and systems including but not limited to Microsoft Office (specifically Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook) Adobe Creative Cloud Canva Zoom Teams Google Workspace Dropbox and OneDrive;
• assist with other duties as assigned.
