• Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, building trust and rapport.
• Proven track record of managing schedules and appointments efficiently.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends in the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale area.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced real estate environment.
