Position is a temporary role until March!! Job Title : Quality Assurance Clerk

Job Description :

Daily review of production paperwork for butter and powder and enter necessary data on spreadsheets.

Daily collection, organizing, and scanning / filing paperwork, including plant operations and quality.

Data entry of powder, butter, and fluid chemistry and / or micro results from Neogen / MyMXNS or in-process systems.

Data entry of process monitoring data and inspection data on tracking logs.

Distribution of forms, collection of data, and data entry of master sanitation completion data.

Maintain employee training and licensing lists.

Weekly download and printing of Charm Novalum equipment ATP data.

Verify and file COAs of incoming ingredients and packaging materials. Generate supplier complaints.

Validate CIP washes for all circuits and UV water checks.

Composite air quality data and tanker inspection reports in tracking logs.

Do a general quality inspection of incoming packaging materials for powder and butter.

Job Type & Location : This is a contract position based out of Fresno, CA.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
