UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, GlenOaks, Hinsdale and La Grange hospitals are affiliated with UChicago Medicine, one of the top academic medical centers in the country. We are also part of AdventHealth, a unified health system with over 50 hospital campuses and hundreds of care sites in diverse markets throughout 9 states.

Responsibilities

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth has an excellent Women's Health opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the beautiful western suburbs of Chicago.

  • Two OBGYN Physicians in practice
  • Two clinic locations : La Grange and North Riverside
  • Experienced APPs preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
  • Opportunity to build own patient panel
  • Spanish speaking candidates, a plus
  • Affiliation with UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Center La Grange
  • Excellent PTO, CME, Health / Dental Benefits and retirement plans
  • Annual Salary : $110K - 118K

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Education / Training

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program
  • Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
  • Current Illinois license in good standing
  • Certified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by an approved certifying organization.
  • Prescriptive authority, Illinois Controlled Substance, DEA certification
  • Current CPR certification
