Data Center Engineer

A company is looking for a Data Center Infrastructure Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network hosts and services, including routers, switches, and firewalls

Perform network maintenance and upgrades, troubleshooting issues and outages as they arise

Manage incidents and collaborate with ISPs and vendors to resolve network-related problems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.S / B.A) and 5 to 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Full understanding of routing, switching, server operating systems, firewalls, and DNS

Experience in managing vendor relationships and hardware / software issues

Familiarity with content delivery networks and internet peering strategies

Understanding of server hardware technologies related to content delivery performance
