Overview

CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - ServiceNow position for our client.

Location : Houston, TX

Duration : 12 months

Duties :

Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications leveraging ITSM, App Engine, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer.

Build secure self-service onboarding workflows with multi-level approval processes involving Security, DBA, and Platform teams.

Integrate ServiceNow with HashiCorp Vault and other third-party systems using IntegrationHub and REST APIs.

Ensure strong security, role-based access control (RBAC), auditability, and compliance; no secrets stored in ServiceNow.

Serve as technical lead : review designs, guide junior ServiceNow developers, and establish development best practices.

Skills :

8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong expertise with custom scoped applications, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and scripting.

Experience with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

Solid understanding of security, approvals, and automation processes.

Ability to mentor and lead technically.

Nice to Have :

Experience with HashiCorp Vault.

ServiceNow certifications.

CMDB or platform automation experience.

Experience :

Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience in enterprise environments.

Proven track record leading technical teams or initiatives.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
