In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming member out-of-pocket expenses, as well as expenses incurred using their Carrot Card. You will collaborate with members of the Care team, Customer Success and Finance team to ensure an exceptional member experience. You need to be able to work between the hours of 10 am-7 pm CST. This is an in office position in West Des Moines, Iowa. This role will coordinate activity between our Payments team and insurance payers to ensure that payment for applicable care is quickly and accurately facilitated.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Literacy in Spanish (to support the translation of documents)
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience including claims submission/processing experience
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Structured thinker and love to check things off your to-do list
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues
• An innovative spirit to push the boundaries of claims operations

This is a non-exempt position with a base pay of $56,000-$64,000 ($26.92/hr.- $30.77/hr.). In addition, this role may include variable compensation based on performance. Overtime pay will apply when required, and paid overtime may be necessary during peak periods. The actual rate of pay will be determined based on job-related skills and experience.
