A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to provide complex financial analysis and support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial data, including clinical service line reporting, trend analysis, proformas, and forecasts
Conduct variance analysis of budget vs. actual results and explain material variances
Support the development and analysis of operating and capital budgets and maintain decision support databases
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
2-5 years of relevant experience
No supervisory experience required
Master's Degree and CPA preferred
5-10 years of experience preferred
