Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant

We are looking for a staff accountant in the Middlesex County, NJ area. In this role, you will be responsible for AP, AR, journal entries, fixed assets, and more. This position is 100% onsite. If you have 2+ years of experience as a staff accountant, strong Excel skills, and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, this might be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and record journal entries to maintain organized financial records.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including tracking, depreciation, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Contribute to process improvements within the accounting department.
