Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR as an HR business partner / generalist.
Director, HR Business Partner (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and align HR strategies to support business goals.
- Support non-exempt and exempt employees.
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency, including organizational design, change management, employee relations, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to leaders on workforce trends, talent management strategies, and organizational health.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and uphold ethical standards in all HR practices.
Skills Needed
Educational Requirements & Work Experience :
This position has an estimated base salary of $170,000 - $215,000, a cash bonus, and stock options.
