We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting procurement operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials, supplies, and services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for optimizing purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and execute purchasing activities in alignment with company policies and budget guidelines.
• Source vendors and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Track shipments and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Assist in developing and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Must be able to work in any area as needed.
