Contract Manager

Staffmark is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to support a premier aerospace company in Fullerton, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in contract negotiation and compliance who thrives in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. Schedule : Monday - Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (occasional Saturdays required)

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000 per year (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and manage complex customer and supplier contracts
• Develop and refine contracting policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure full compliance with ABAC, FCPA, FAR, DFARS, and internal controls
• Collaborate with legal, executive leadership, and global teams
• Lead process improvement efforts to reduce contractual risk and drive operational efficiency
