Location : Oakdale, CA

Pay : $19.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday – Thursday | 5 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (4 / 10s)

Position Summary

Balance Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator to support the production of high-quality body jewelry products distributed internationally. This role is responsible for operating precision, computer-controlled machinery to produce precision parts and tools while maintaining strict quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Produce parts that meet all specifications and quality guidelines
• Maximize machine uptime and part yield while minimizing material and time waste
• Perform machine start-up and shut-down procedures
• Conduct required machine checks and report or correct discrepancies
• Maintain accurate machine logs and production records
• Perform and document in-process inspections; report quality issues as needed
• Monitor standard cycle and setup times and report variances
• Retrieve and return raw materials and tooling from the tool crib
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned and trained
