Clinical Molecular Geneticist

A company is looking for an Associate Laboratory Director, responsible for overseeing clinical laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and delegate clinical laboratory duties, ensuring proper execution and compliance

Oversee educational programs, strategic planning, and ensure quality laboratory services across all testing phases

Maintain laboratory conditions, ensure test validation, and manage quality control and assurance programs

Required Qualifications

Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic with a valid license, or a Doctoral Degree in a relevant scientific field

Certification by a board approved by Health and Human Services at the time of hire

2+ years of laboratory training or experience directing high complexity testing

10+ years of experience in a clinical diagnostics laboratory

Authorization to work in the country where the position is based
