Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily IT Service Desk and Production Support System activities to ensure high-quality technical support
Manage IT ticketing system performance, including SLA adherence and metric reporting
Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into effective policies and operational guidance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
Experience in managing IT Service Desk operations and ticketing systems
Proficiency in Jira administration and workflow configuration
Ability to analyze service desk systems for incident and problem management
Experience in preparing and presenting reports to leadership
