Johnstone Supply in Reading, PA is seeking to hire a permanent full-time Warehouse Associate - Delivery Driver to load and unload products, complete general warehouse work, and stand in as a delivery driver when needed. This position is scheduled Monday-Friday, 6 : 00am-2 : 00pm with possible overtime during peak seasons . We pay a competitive wage of $18-$20 / hour based on experience, along with a $1,000 sign-on bonus . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - DELIVERY DRIVER

As a Warehouse Associate - Delivery Driver, you load delivery vehicles before departure with great attention to detail. Additionally, you operate a forklift, hand truck, manual pallet jack, and more to safely move products. You also assist customers with will-call pickups and receive UPS / miscellaneous orders. As you work in the warehouse, you ensure that it is kept clean and safety codes are followed. Additionally, you enjoy being called to step in as a delivery driver to assist in delivering merchandise to local customers in a safe and timely manner. You love being part of a great team and enjoy keeping busy and being on the move throughout the day.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Basic computer skills and map-reading ability
• Adequate physical strength and stamina to repeatedly lift, carry, move, and set down up to 75 lbs.

Previous forklift and / or delivery driver experience is preferred. Do you have great verbal and written communication skills?
