Responsibilities:

• Provide quality occupational therapy services to residents as directed by the care plan

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient goals and outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Foster a positive, therapeutic environment

Requirements:

• Valid OT or COTA license in the state of New Jersey

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
