Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement global category strategies based on market knowledge and competitive landscape
Coach direct reports and ensure targets align with business objectives
Lead supplier selection for New Product Initiatives and manage supplier performance
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
8-10 years of diversified procurement and operational experience
Proficiency in relevant PC software applications (SAP, Power BI, Ariba)
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others
Effective project management and negotiation skills
