Who We Are

Our client is a financial services corporation offering a various suite of products.

Overview

Seeking an experienced senior-level Program / Project Manager to coordinate a large, multi-workstream transformation. This role owns cross-team planning, reporting, and delivery across multiple product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate work across 10+ workstreams and product teams
  • Build and manage integrated roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies
  • Lead planning, status reporting, and executive communications
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and remove cross-team blockers
  • Identify risks and drive mitigation in complex, ambiguous environments

Qualifications

  • 10+ years leading large-scale programs or initiatives
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to operate in matrixed, high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and prioritization skills
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office
  • PMP preferred
