Job Description :

As an HVAC Service Technician at Josko LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of residents in multi-family & residential properties. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems in multi-family residential properties to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Perform repairs and replacements of HVAC components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate HVAC service schedules and ensure minimal disruption to residents.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.
• Categorize and organize inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company.
