We are seeking a  Senior Engineering Manager  to lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale  enterprise services  built on  Java and Python , with a strong focus on  Identity & Access Management (IDM) ,  cloud-native platforms (Azure or equivalent) , and  GenAI-powered capabilities .

This role blends  technical depth ,  people leadership , and  execution excellence , driving high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions while growing and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.

Job Description

Engineering Leadership & Delivery

• Lead a high-performing engineering team delivering enterprise-grade Java and Python microservices at scale.
• Own  end-to-end delivery : planning, execution, quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Drive  cloud-native architectures  using Azure (or equivalent) with a focus on scalability, security, and cost optimization.
• Ensure strong  SDLC discipline , CI / CD automation, and production readiness.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range :  114, - 140, Annual USD

Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
