We are seeking a Construction Administrator to support complex construction projects through effective contract administration, financial controls, and document management. This role requires a strong construction background, advanced technical aptitude, and the ability to interpret and administer detailed contract requirements while reconciling complex invoices.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple systems in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain construction contracts, subcontracts, and related project documentation
- Review, process, and reconcile complex invoices, pay applications, and change orders in accordance with contractual terms
- Support project financial controls by tracking costs, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with approved budgets
- Coordinate document control processes including submittals, RFIs, transmittals, correspondence, and record retention
- Maintain accurate and auditable project records across internal systems and platforms
- Interface regularly with project managers, engineers, accounting teams, contractors, and vendors
- Utilize project management, ERP, and document management systems to support reporting and workflow efficiency
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
