Pay rate: $15.50 per hour

Job Summary
Position: Cleaning Technician (Medical Facility)

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians who thrive working independently and/or as a team and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. These positions are responsible for detailed cleaning tasks throughout a medical facility, including patient rooms, restrooms, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal
  
  
• Disinfect and sanitize restrooms, patient rooms, and high-touch areas
  
  
• Ensure all assigned areas meet health and safety standards
  
  
• Operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment properly
  
  

Ideal Candidates:

• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to work effectively as a solo cleaner
  
  
• Previous experience with commercial cleaning supplies and equipment
  
  
• Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results
  
  

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services
• Drivers license and reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
• Excellent stamina and physical health
• Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
