[job_card.job_description]Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source and screen candidates using various tools and platforms to ensure a strong talent pool Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' qualifications and fit for the roles Maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction throughout the hiring process Manage recruitment processes from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding Proven experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in a related industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in using recruitment software and online job boards Experience with specialized recruitment in specific sectors such as IT, healthcare, or engineering Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Networking experience within industry-related events and communities Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
